Olives have long been a natural partner of good Italian bread, so it was only a matter of time before Olive Bruschetta was invented. We make ours in Italy using green and black olives, olive oil, peppers, capers, herbs and spices. The result is a fragrant, savory blend with bits of olive set off by sparks of bright pepper. Spread it on rounds of rustic toast or try it with grilled salmon.
